Northamptonshire Wedding Photographer: A vintage inspired wedding at Hellidon Lakes

Wow what a day and what an amazing couple!

It was great getting to know Michelle and Grant before their big day; one thing they were adamant about was that they wanted their wedding day not only to be about them, but also about their family, friends and loved ones. They really wanted it to be a whole family and friends affair where everyone could relax, have fun and {most importantly} party! With so many children guests, including two of their own, the Browns {Mr and Mrs} were keen to capture their excited little faces and it really meant a lot to them that I would be there camera at the ready!  Three days before the wedding, one of the little  Browns broke out into red spots – Ahhhh chickenpox! {Photoshop: Spots be gone! Woooosh – gone!} 😉  But chickenpox or no chickenpox, little Brown was still able to bust some moves on the dance floor 😀

The happy couple opted for a vintage themed wedding and all the elegant details you see below were grafted by their own fair hands, including Michelle’s beautiful bouquet of pink roses.

Thank you for inviting me to be part of your special day Michelle and Grant and giving me the opportunity to meet your wonderful family. I will never forget the moment your dad saw you for the first time Michelle {we were all crying!}. It truly was an honour and pleasure to be invited as your wedding photographer and help capture and document your special day.

I couldn’t help but give a  big shout out to the hair and makeup artists who I’m sure you’ll agree did an amazing job:

Hair: ‘Hair by Shelley’ http://www.facebook.com/hairbyshelleyearlsbarton

Makeup:’Chloe Woodgate’  http://chloewoodgatemua.tumblr.com/#about

And they lived happily ever after…
