OK, so I know this blog may be a little late! With all the beautiful weather we’ve been having, I think we may have skipped over spring and headed straight to summer {not that I’m complaining – I have so many amazing things planned for the summer! ;)}
Anything pastel seems to have become my favorite colour this year; it’s been a real inspiration to my recent work. I love the femininity and softness pastels bring to an image. This shoot was taken during the brief ‘spring’ spell. I remember willing the blossom, fresh flower buds and sunshine to make an appearance!
Those who know me well will know that I often jump in the car, no destination in mind, no map, just good old gut instinct {it’s never let me down – yet!} When I saw this corn field on a quite country track with its beautiful vivid colours, I knew I had to shoot there.
